The Irrepressibles – In This Shirt

When I say I become friends (sometimes, verrrry good friends) with my couples, I’m not lying. I get sneak previews of wedding dresses, before anyone has else seen them. Voicenotes get exchanged on the regular. Moodboards get shared. Phonecalls happen. Advice gets given and taken. Genuine love and friendship, abounds. And it was no different with Sydney, the bride, and her wonderful husband, Mark.
Along the Muldersdrift “wedding venue mile”, lies a venue called Ganico – an organic pomegranate fruit farm, run by power couple, Jason and Laiken. From a beautiful garden and atrium setting in the front, to rolling pomegranate orchids and lemon lanes at the back, this venue provided gorgeousness in abundance! While I snuck Sydney and Mark off for the sunset couples’ shoot, Jason led the wedding guests on a gin-garnish foraging tour. They were able to pick various herbs, flowers and organic produce to adorn their gins with, when they returned.
From the very first table laying to the very last tequila at the end, happiness was abounding!
