Intimate Wedding at Campbell House.

Bon Ever – Perth

(play song above while scrolling through – highly recommend, aaaaaall the feels).

Once upon a time, I hosted a braai for my boyfriend (now husband)’s birthday – this was the official meeting place of Kat and Keagan. I’m therefore going to go ahead and claim matchmaker in their story 😉

Kat + Keagan’s celebration was reminiscent of the way that they love each other. The boys cheers’ed their whiskies at Keagan’s childhood home, with a game of rugby on in the background. The girls got ready at the beautiful Campbell House – a one hundred year old building, nestled in the quiet suburb of Waverley. Their simple, minimal and peaceful ceremony took place in the garden outside. Guests were treated to the tunes of the couples’ favourite band – band name, while enjoying the freshly-made paella, on offer.

We took the bridal party shoot to the streets, outside. And let me tell you – this was one of the most festive bridal parties I’ve ever come across. Champagne sprays, hoots from passing cars and singing along to Kat + Keagan’s favourite tunes. We ended off the daylight with a couples’ shoot in the roads of Melrose Arch – again, a bottle of bubbles in-hand.

Many special, emotional speeches and tributes were shared at the start of the reception. This kicked off the dancing and festivities for the evening, ending off with a special-request cake-face-smash by the bride.

Thank you for having me, Kat + Keagan. It was an honour.

– Claudia
